  • How do I reserve the clubhouse for a private event?
    The first step is to check the Community Calendar to see if the clubhouse is available on your desired event date. Please consult the calendar to see if the date and time are available before calling the onsite office to schedule an appointment to view either clubhouse. 
     
    Additional information can be found HERE, including the rental agreement forms, the addresses of both of the clubhouses, and who to contact with questions. Rental agreement forms must be completed and returned to the onsite office during normal business hours. 
  • Where can I obtain 2019 pool bands?
    Pool bands are available for pickup at the Central Clubhouse office during regular onsite office hours -- Wednesdays and Fridays from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Additional information, including proof of residency requirements and the pool band form can be found HERE
  • Where can I obtain a key fob or card required for access to the amenities within Summerwood?
    Key cards and fobs are obtained during normal onsite business hours. Access cards are available for $15 and fobs are $20. Click HERE to view additional information and the access device request form. 
  • Where should I look for upcoming Summerwood events?
    Events are posted on the Summerwood Community Calendar. Click HERE to view. If you have access to Facebook, please like our community HOA page and send us a request to join our private group page. We are also on Instagram! Follow along for all of the latest Summerwood news and fun giveaways! 
  • Who should I notify if I see a maintenance issue on Summerwood community property?
