Summerwood offers two elegant clubhouses available for private party rentals, gatherings, or memorable occasions.

 

All Resident and Non-resident(s) interested in renting a Summerwood Clubhouse are encouraged to contact the on-site staff for assistance with availability, scheduling, and fee information. Please note events must be booked two weeks in advance of rental(s)date staffing is scheduled based off of availability.

 

Club House Rental Tours are available by APPOINTMENT ONLY.

 

 

 

Club Central is great for more intimate baby showers, birthday parties, and other small gatherings. With views of Lake Anne and the Central Pool, the Central Clubhouse is a party destination!  The pool is not included in rentals!

• Review the Calendar on the Home Page to see if your event date & time are available. "ONLY ONE EVENT SCHEDULED PER DAY" 
• Private viewing(s) are available. Please contact  On-Site Staff under the On-Site Office Section. 
• Clubhouse Rental Form(s) are located under the Resident Info Section, click HOA Documents.
• The Rental Agreement, along with the required Payments, must be submitted in person to the On-Site Event Coordinator.

• The Homeowner(s) renting the facility must be present at the event the entire time to keep from forfeiting their deposit.
