An electronic access device is necessary to take advantage of the wonderful amenities available in Summerwood.

Wednesday: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
2nd Saturday of Each Month: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Price:
- Access cards are available for $15.
- Access fobs are available for $20.
- Replacement fob/card(s) each $30.
Both access devices work the same way -- you choose which device to purchase based on your personal preferences.
Quantity:
- Four (4) devices allowed per Household
- One (1) device per Rental Household
Requirements:
- All assessment/maintenance fees must be paid in full to obtain an access device.
- Payment by check or money order only

- Please complete the Electronic Access Form under the Popular Forms section.
- Form must be submitted in person during office hours along with a DL as verification of residency.
