ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
The 2018 Summerwood Community Association Annual Membership Meeting will be held on Thursday, September 27th at Club Summerwood located at 16136 Hunters Lake Way @ Timber Forest. Registration begins at 6:30 p.m. and the meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m.
We hope you can attend this important meeting. If you are unable to attend, you may cast your vote in advance of the meeting online, by mail, email or fax or assign your proxy to a friend or neighbor using the ballot that was mailed to you.
Since the mailing of the ballots, 3 candidates wish to remove themselves from consideration for the election to the Board of Directors. These candidates are Tom Angel, Donavan Avery, and Luanne Jorewicz. If you have already cast your ballot and voted for one of these 3 candidates, you may recast your vote. The last ballot received will be used for tabulation purposes.
If you need a copy of your ballot to obtain your PIN code for online voting or for voting by mail, email, or fax please contact C.I.A. Services at 281-852-1700 or CustomerCare@ciaservices.com for assistance. If you are voting in advance, please ensure your vote is received by midnight on Wednesday, September 26th. Save the Date! National Night Out
Summerwood’s Largest Family Event
Tuesday, October 2, from 6 to 8 p.m.
The Summerwood Crime Watch Committee will be hosting the 2018 National Night Out (NNO) event for the Summerwood community. It will be held at Club Summerwood on Hunter’s Lake Way at Timber Forest. NNO is a family-oriented event aimed at building neighborhood awareness and crime prevention. This will be a night of fun for all ages and will include food, prizes, and music.
The Summerwood onsite office is now open! The office hours are Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. from January through October.

We are excited to gear up for one of the biggest events in Summerwood and everyone can get in on the action! Please come on out and join us for a fun filled day with hay rides, music, pumpkin patch, door prizes, bounce houses, petting zoo and much more! (Food and beverages will be available for purchase)

With each registration, you will have a 10x10 space on the lawn, and you will be responsible for your own tent, tables, chairs, etc. and will not have access to electricity.
Summerwood resident vendors MUST be in good standing with the homeowner's association.
Once we are full, you will be added to a waitlist. The Activities Director will contact you to confirm your spot on the lawn or waitlist in a seperate email. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis.
